Overview

One of our prestigious clients is looking to hire Concierge's and Butlers for their VIP Hospital in the Kingdom.

The Concierge/Butler at a VIP hospital provides personalized, high-end service to VIP patients and their families to ensure comfort, privacy, and a seamless hospital experience. Responsibilities include welcoming and escorting patients, managing personal requests, coordinating appointments and services with medical and administrative staff, arranging transportation and hospitality needs, and maintaining strict confidentiality. The role requires exceptional communication skills, professional appearance, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to anticipate and respond to patient needs while upholding the hospitals standards of luxury and care.

• Welcoming and escorting patients
• Managing personal requests
• Coordinating appointments and services with medical and administrative staff
• Arranging transportation and hospitality needs
• Maintaining strict confidentiality

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of formal etiquette and protocols
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
