Job DescriptionWe are seeking a professional and friendly Housekeeping Order Taker to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a crucial member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for efficiently managing housekeeping requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Answer and process housekeeping requests from guests via phone, in-person, or through the hotel management system
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely fulfillment of guest requests
- Maintain accurate records of all housekeeping orders and their status
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to housekeeping services
- Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in training new team members on order-taking procedures and guest interaction protocols
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the housekeeping department
- Saudi nationality is required for this position
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Proficiency in using hotel management systems and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards in the hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally
