Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Service Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring exceptional service and a smooth check-in/check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Promote hotel services and amenities.
- Saudi nationality is required.
- Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience at a front desk or in guest services in a hotel environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
