Host - Guest Operations

As a Host in the Guest Operations department at Six Flags Qiddiya City, you play a crucial role in providing a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility is to greet guests as they arrive and provide assistance as needed throughout their visit.

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, creating a friendly and positive atmosphere.
• Assist visitors with information regarding park attractions, events, and facilities.
• Guide guests to the appropriate areas and ensure a smooth entry process.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
• Encourage and promote park activities, shows, and events to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on park offerings and policies.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly demeanor with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
