Hotel Sales Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective sales strategies to attract both local and international clients. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for foreigners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify new markets and potential clients, and actively promote the hotel through various channels
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry in Riyadh, particularly the corporate market segment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

The job is based in Riyadh, the capital city of Saudi Arabia. The city boasts a vibrant culture, modern amenities, and plenty of opportunities for both work and leisure.
Nationality/Visa Sponsorship:
While we welcome applicants from all over the world, we are specifically looking for Kenyan candidates. Visa sponsorship is available for selected candidates who require it.
English Requirement:
Proficiency in English is preferred but not required for this position.
