We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist/Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join a leading hospital group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be integral to our multidisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring optimal, safe, and cost-effective medication therapy for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in clinical ward rounds, providing expert pharmacotherapy recommendations.

Conduct comprehensive medication therapy reviews and manage complex drug regimens.

Lead and participate in antimicrobial stewardship programs.

Provide accurate medication dispensing and supervision of the pharmacy technical team.

Counsel patients on the safe and effective use of their medications.

Participate in pharmacy and therapeutics committee activities, drug utilization reviews, and clinical audits.

Develop and implement pharmacy policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Provide education and training to pharmacy staff, nurses, and junior doctors.

Ensure strict compliance with hospital protocols and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D) from a recognized institution.

Valid registration/license from theKenya Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB).

Minimum of3 yearsof hands-on clinical/hospital pharmacy experience.

Eligibility for and willingness to obtainSaudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)licensure.

Postgraduate qualification (MSc) in Clinical Pharmacy or a relevant specialty.

Experience in a specific clinical area (e.g., ICU, Oncology, Cardiology).

Mandatory for Visa Processing:

Successful completion of afull medical examination, including HIV, Hepatitis, and Drug tests, and achest X-ray.
