We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Physiotherapist cum Pilates Instructor to join a well-established, premium holistic wellness club. This role combines strong clinical expertise with Pilates instruction to support clients in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall physical well-being within an elite wellness environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Deliver safe, effective, and progressive Pilates (Reformer and/or Mat) sessions tailored to clients' clinical and fitness needs.
- Work with clients across various fitness levels, including post-rehabilitation, injury recovery, and performance enhancement.
- Ensure correct alignment, movement patterns, breathing, and posture during sessions.
- Collaborate with the wellness and coaching team to provide an integrated, holistic client experience.
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, corrective exercises, and long-term physical health.
- Uphold the club's high standards of professionalism, client care, and service excellence.
- Participate in internal training, workshops, and wellness events.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
- Valid professional license or eligibility to obtain local licensing.
- Certified in Pilates (Reformer preferred – BASI, STOTT, Balanced Body, Polestar, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in physiotherapy and Pilates instruction, preferably in a clinical or premium studio setting.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and movement therapy.
- Confident, client-focused, and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage clients with medical conditions, injuries, and special populations.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is an advantage. - Willingness to relocate and commit to a long-term contract.
- Conduct a balanced schedule of physiotherapy sessions and Pilates classes.
- A maximum of 4 to 6 sessions/classes per day based on the requirement, 6 days per week.
- Executive accommodation in a prime location:
- Private bedroom and bathroom
- Shared living and kitchen area
Transportation is provided for staff residing in company accommodation. Employees choosing independent housing will not receive additional housing allowance (already included in the salary).
