Manager, EHSS

- Experience:
12 - 18 Years - Lead occupational safety, health, environmental compliance, and emergency response, ensuring adherence to international standards and fostering a strong EHSS culture.
- Develop and implement EHSS policies, procedures, and training to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Monitor and audit EHSS performance, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address safety incidents, investigations, and corrective actions.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (as applicable by role)
- Professional EHSS certifications preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of international safety and environmental standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to promote a proactive safety culture
