TAAM is hiring a talented Candidates to work as a Digital Innovation Sales Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across the public and private healthcare sectors across the kingdom.
  • Present digital healthcare solutions using compelling business cases focused on ROI, efficiency, and improved patient outcomes.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Build strong and trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, Medical Directors, Digital Transformation leaders).
  • Create sales collateral including presentations, case studies, white papers, and demo scripts, that clearly translate complex technical features into tangible healthcare benefits.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted digital campaigns specific to healthcare challenges.
  • Represent the company at healthcare exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows, delivering product demonstrations and generating leads.
  • Monitor healthcare technology trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field - A Master’s (MBA) is desirable.
  • 3–5 years in B2B sales or marketing for software, SaaS, healthcare technology, or IT solutions
  • Proven record of selling SAR 10M+ projects.

Languages:

  • Arabic and English professional proficiency.
