TAAM is hiring a talented Candidates to work as a Digital Innovation Sales Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across the public and private healthcare sectors across the kingdom.
- Present digital healthcare solutions using compelling business cases focused on ROI, efficiency, and improved patient outcomes.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build strong and trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, Medical Directors, Digital Transformation leaders).
- Create sales collateral including presentations, case studies, white papers, and demo scripts, that clearly translate complex technical features into tangible healthcare benefits.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted digital campaigns specific to healthcare challenges.
- Represent the company at healthcare exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows, delivering product demonstrations and generating leads.
- Monitor healthcare technology trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field - A Master’s (MBA) is desirable.
- 3–5 years in B2B sales or marketing for software, SaaS, healthcare technology, or IT solutions
- Proven record of selling SAR 10M+ projects.
Languages:
- Arabic and English professional proficiency.
