Responsibilities- Receiving patients, completing questionnaires, and conducting initial assessments of their needs.
- Coordinating appointments and procedures between different departments.
- Following up on insurance and administrative approvals.
- Communicating with patients to confirm appointments and monitor their treatment plans.
- Contributing to improving the patient experience and service quality.
- A university degree or diploma in a relevant field (preferably in healthcare).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in medical coordination or patient service is preferred.
