Tender Manager/Specialist – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Note:

Good experience candidate can be provided with Tender manager position if pass all interviews.

• Oversee the tendering process, from researching potential contracts to submitting bids.
• Manage the entire tender process, including proposal preparation and submission.
• Analyze tender prices and understand Nupco and entities requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to discuss necessary information for bids.
• Review and evaluate tender documents and identify key requirements.
• Develop strategies and plans to increase our winning probabilities in tenders and secure contracts.
• Coordinate with departments such as PMO, R.A Supply and Finance to collect necessary data for tender submissions.
• Maintain relationships with MOH, Nupco and other stakeholders.
• Track and manage all ongoing and completed tenders to ensure compliance and success.

• Bachelors degree or above, majoring in medical, bio‑medical, human science or related disciplines is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in IVD tender field, IVD immunoassay experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tender operations as well as good cases of winning Tenders, familiar with Saudi Nupco process and requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic;
