- Responsible for sales and effective management of key accounts within assigned region
- Works with regional management to establish strategy and tactical initiatives that align closely with those of key CSL brands
- Develops strategic account and sales plans to increase penetration of CSL products
- Builds and maintains relationships with key customers to enable sustainable business growth
- Collaborates with business teams, marketing and medical affairs to ensure alignment and full utilization of resources
- Robust knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics, regulations and key stakeholders in KSA
- Experience with managing distributors including strategy execution, performance management and supply chain
- Preferably to have experience with pharmaceutical plasma products
