• Welcome clients and provide professional beauty consultations based on their needs
• Demonstrate product usage confidently and professionally
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, ingredients, and techniques
• Maintain attractive store displays and ensure product availability
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions
• Achieve individual sales targets and support overall store performance
• Handle transactions accurately using POS systems

• Previous retail or customer service experience (beauty, cosmetics, or skincare preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for beauty products and industry trends
• Ability to work onsite with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
