The Hair Stylist represents our Salon’s style, mission and philosophy and is always on the lookout for new trends products and services to introduce to the team. You should be someone who has excellent communication skills and isreally passionate about fashion, music, art, new products and hair!

Be committed to deliver the set revenue targets by our management on a weekly and monthly basis. Perform professional hair services to effectively satisfy the guests of our Salon as well as showing willingness to train any new salon assistants committed to improving their current skills.

• Greet clients and perform consultations in line with Salon guidelines to establish client's requirements.
• Understanding the pricing details of all hair services and recommend and educate client accordingly during consultation,
• Execute all cutting, colouring, styling and finishing to high standards whilst providing necessary information to the clients about the products being used.
• Recommend clients appropriate homecare products during each service session
• Maintaining detailedclients’ SERVICE HISTORYby recording products used during eachvisits- example hair colour details, treatment details
• Learning and perfecting new styles and techniques
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending external and internal educational workshops;reviewingandresearching publications, internet and social media
• Attending events outside of our brand in order to promote the brand externally
• Achieve service andproductrevenuetargets

• To take responsibility in building a clientele on a regular basis
• Assisting in maintaining adequate inventory level and assisting in product ordering process by checking existing products, anticipating needs of the hair section
• Taking proper care of the tools and equipment
• To adhere to the standards of sterilization and sanitation as routed by our Salon and Municipality
• Ensure working areas are kept clean and all equipment and products are used with care
• Farewell clients, guiding them to their next area
• Reference and abided by the Salon’s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals
• Training Certification with Loreal or Kerastaseis an advantage
• Must be expert in Ombre and Balayage

• Three (3) years salon stylist experience in an international standard salon
• Well-experienced in hair colouring, highlights, hairstyling, hair treatments (Keratin and Collagen) and haircut
• Hands-on experience with variouscoloringtechniques
• Familiarity with hair treatment products and services, like keratin smoothing
• Must have the creativity to design and interpret hairstyles
• Excellent communication, social and customer service skills
• High energy and flexible, Friendly and approachable to clients and staff all the time
• To attend and be committed towards training and progression within the brand
• To apply professionalism and a high level of customer service at all time
• Delivering results within a highly motivated and fast paced environment.
• To understand and adhere to company POLICIES & PROCEDURES and SOPs. Review periodically and ensure compliance
