Job Title: Regulatory & Import Specialist
Department: Procurement
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Budget: SAR 7,000–SAR 9,000
Reporting to: Chief Procurement Officer (CPO)
Scope of PositionThe Regulatory & Import Specialist is responsible for ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements related to product registrations, certifications, and customs clearance. The role manages SFDA processes, import documentation, and regulatory approvals, ensuring that all imported products meet legal, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- 3–5 years of experience in import regulatory affairs, customs clearance, or import compliance (preferably in the food/FMCG sector).
- Strong knowledge of SFDA regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation.
- Understanding of Incoterms, HS codes, and import duties/tariffs.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve clearance or regulatory challenges under pressure.
- Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies.
