Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
* Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
* Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and company financial policies and procedures.
* Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to regional management to optimize business performance.
* Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial risk management strategies.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the regional finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or controller role.
* CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification is highly preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting principles, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.## Benefits
