Arabic (native) strongly preferred

• 7-10 years of product management experience within banking or financial services (Issuing, Acquiring, Corporate Banking, Digital Payments, or Cash Management).
• Strong functional understanding of product lifecycle management, payment flows, settlement cycles, reconciliation, merchant/customer journeys, and banking operations.
• Proven ability to optimize and re‑engineer product and operational workflows (onboarding, processing, settlements, servicing).
• Experience leading product development, enhancements, and digital initiatives with cross‑functional teams (Tech, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations).
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks including AML, KYC, PCI‑DSS.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to drive automation, create product documentation, and lead UAT, change management, and rollout activities.
• Arabic fluency (native) and prior KSA banking experience are strongly preferred.

• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business strategy.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development, from requirements gathering to launch and post‑launch enhancement.
• Analyze product performance using KPIs and operational metrics; identify and implement product and process improvements.
• Improve onboarding, transaction processing, settlements, risk assessment, and overall customer/merchant experience.
• Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure seamless delivery of product initiatives.
• Support the roll out of new digital capabilities, payment solutions, API‑based integration and onboarding enhancements.
• Develop product documentation, manuals, and training materials; lead UAT and implementation planning.
