Fintech Financing Platform – Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a high-caliber operator and entrepreneurial leader to join the leadership team of a Saudi fintech financing platform focused on structured debt and SME financing.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in startup environments
, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is ready to help build and scale a regulated financial institution from the ground up
.
The successful candidate will join in a Deputy CEO / Managing Director role
, working closely with the Founder and Board to support the company’s strategic growth and operational scale-up
.

Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day execution of the business alongside the Founder and leadership team
- Drive operational buildout across credit, financing operations, and portfolio management
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks typical in high-growth fintech environments
- Build and manage teams across risk, credit, operations, and product execution
- Ensure alignment with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulatory requirements and governance expectations
- Support capital strategy and investor engagement
- Contribute to product development and scaling of financing solutions including SME working capital financing, invoice financing, and structured debt opportunities
We are looking for a hands‑on builder
, not a purely corporate manager.
- Previous startup or fintech scale‑up experience
- Strong problem‑solving ability and operational execution skills
- 7–12 years of experience in financing, fintech, banking, private credit, or structured finance
- Experience working within regulated financial institutions preferred
- Strong understanding of credit, lending operations, or SME financing
- Proven leadership ability and experience building and managing teams
- Ability to perform under pressure and operate in fast‑moving startup environments
- Must be based in Riyadh
- Experience in SME financing, lending platforms, or structured credit
- CFA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience engaging with financial regulators or licensing processes
