Procurement to​/Order to cash Expert

Job Description:

• Manage the accounts payable aging report, identifying and prioritizing overdue payments.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment terms when necessary.
• Track and record settlement activities, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions.
• Prepare and distribute periodic settlement reports to management.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to address payment issues and prevent future discrepancies.
• Maintain knowledge of payment policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve settlement efficiency and effectiveness.

• College/University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on settlements and cash operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience with accounting software, such as SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate with vendors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
