Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies for managing and recovering corporate special assets effectively.
* Oversee the analysis, valuation, and resolution of non-performing loans and distressed corporate accounts.
* Lead a team of asset managers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
* Collaborate with legal, risk, and other internal departments to ensure optimal asset recovery solutions.
* Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting special asset management.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on portfolio performance and strategies.## Requirements
* Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in special assets, corporate credit, or risk management within a banking environment.
* Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of success.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent understanding of financial regulations, Sharia-compliant banking principles, and market practices.
