Privatization Sr. Specialist

To assist the dept. head in providing strategic role in empowering and supporting Environment Centers in successfully transferring ownership or management of specific environmental services to the private sector through privatization or Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures, as well as to secure investment opportunities that are aligned with the Environment Fund's mission and environmental sustainability goals.

• Support in the development of a comprehensive privatization and investment strategy for Environment Centers, aligned with the Environment Fund's overall economic goals.
• Support in developing and analyzing potential investments proposals.
• Act as Point of Contact for PPP opportunities and lead communication efforts with external stakeholders (e.g. NCP, EXPRO, LCGPA, MOF, NOR, Privatization Program)
• Help in the development and management in the budget for the Privatization & investment department.
• Assist in the development and implementation of clear policies and procedures for the privatization of environmental services, ensuring compliance with Environmental Fund regulations.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to ensure all privatization & Investment processes adhere to relevant laws and regulations
• Track project expenses and maintain accurate financial records for privatization and investment activities.
• Assist in validating business case for opportunities and validate procurement plan for opportunity tendering and contracts.

• Education :
  Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in in Business, Economy, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field
• Years of experience :+ 3 years experience in investment field.
