We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director General of Finance & Control (DGFC) to lead and elevate our financial governance, control framework, and performance management across the organization.
This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for ensuring financial integrity, operational discipline, and sustainable profitability across multiple business units and subsidiaries.
The DGFC will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape financial strategy, manage risk, and support the company's expansion and long-term growth.
Requirements Financial Strategy & Leadership- Develop and implement corporate financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support executive decisions
- Establish and maintain a robust internal control framework
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements
- Lead internal and external audit coordination
- Monitor business unit P&Ls and overall financial performance
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve margins
- Drive financial transparency across all departments
- Oversee liquidity management and working capital optimization
- Manage banking relationships and financial structuring
- Strengthen collections and payment governance processes
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and due diligence for new initiatives
- Support expansion into new markets and subsidiaries
- Lead and develop finance, accounting, and treasury teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and performance
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA or Master's degree preferred
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) required
- Minimum 12 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Experience in multi-entity organizations or consulting/technology environments preferred
- Strategic financial leadership
