Senior Accountant; Group Finance - YRG

Overview

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for group-level accounting, financial reporting, and consolidation across multiple business units within Yousef Alrajhi Group. The role requires strong financial analysis, reporting accuracy, and presentation skills to support senior management decision-making.

• Manage group-level accounting activities
  , ensuring accurate and timely financial records across subsidiaries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Perform group consolidation
  , intercompany reconciliations, and elimination entries.
• Review and analyze financial performance, highlighting key variances and insights for management.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to ensure alignment on accounting policies and reporting timelines.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring at group level.
• Liaise with external auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes and timely closure.
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements

• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting quality, and controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications are a plus).
• 6–10+ years of accounting experience
  , with exposure to group or multi-entity environments

• Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and management reporting
  .
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
  , with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience working with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced group structure.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia and knowledge of local regulations is highly preferred.
