Overview

Job: Operational Finance and MIS Support

Location: KSA, Riyadh

The role is responsible for providing comprehensive Operational Finance and MIS support for Saudi Arabia operations
, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, payroll coordination, revenue recognition, and compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements. The position supports operational and financial decision‑making through timely MIS, financial analysis, and effective coordination with cross‑functional teams.

Language

Language: Arabic speaking is mandatory and English

Must have skills
  • Strong knowledge of Operational Finance and MIS
  • Understanding of Saudi Arabia finance and compliance environment
  • Experience in Payroll, AR, AP, Inventory, Tax and Asset Management
  • Proficiency in SAP system and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills
Detailed

Job Description
  • Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
    , including operational, financial, manpower, and cost analysis.
  • Perform POCM (Percentage of Completion Method) for revenue recognition.
  • Conduct manpower analysis
    , tracking utilization, headcount, overtime, and related costs.
  • Calculate and post operational provisions (OPS) and support month‑end closing activities.
  • Coordinate payroll activities for Saudi Arabia, including validation of attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable – Order to Cash (O2C) activities including invoicing, collections, and receivables tracking.
  • Perform stock verification and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
  • Provide audit support by preparing schedules, documents, and responding to audit queries.
  • Maintain fixed asset records
    , including asset tracking, verification, and updates.
  • Handle petty cash management
    , reimbursements, remittances, and collections.
  • Manage customs duty, SADAD, BAYAN, and other government payments in compliance with KSA regulations.
  • Support revenue recognition activities in line with accounting standards and contractual terms.
  • Assist with other operational finance activities
    , reconciliations, and ad‑hoc requirements to ensure smooth business operations.
