Our client is a leading large-scale company in the field of IT Services, committed to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions across the region. As the company continues to expand its footprint, we are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in Riyadh. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial health and future growth of the organization.

• Strategic Financial Leadership
  :
  Direct all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning to support the CEO in decision‑making.
• ERP Management & Optimization
  :
  Oversight and administration of financial data within MS Dynamics, ensuring system integrity and streamlining automated reporting processes.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis
  :
  Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, providing deep‑dive analysis through Excel Dashboards to track KPIs and project profitability.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management
  :
  Manage the company’s liquidity, monitoring cash flow cycles specifically tailored to IT project milestones and service delivery.
• Compliance & Audit Coordination
  :
  Lead the year‑end audit process and ensure full compliance with KSA Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations.
• Operational Control
  :
  Monitor and control departmental expenditures, ensuring alignment with corporate budgets and identifying cost‑saving opportunities within IT operations.
• Internal Governance
  :
  Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial documentation across all business units.

• Education
  : BA in Finance or Accounting. Professional certification (CPA, CMA or ACCA) is mandatory.
• Experience
  : 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within the IT Services sector.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Advanced proficiency in MS Dynamics and expert‑level Excel (Dashboards, Power Query).
• Languages
  :
  Fluent English is required;
  Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Availability
  :
  Ability to join immediately or within a maximum of 30 days.

• Location
  :
  Riyadh, KSA (5 working days per week).
• Salary Range
  : SAR 30,000 to SAR 35,000 monthly total package.
