Operational Risk Senior Specialist

Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across the organization. Conduct RCSAs, develop KRIs, manage loss events and incidents, and oversee third‑party risk assessments. Prepare risk reports for senior management, recommend mitigation actions, and promote risk awareness to ensure strong governance and regulatory compliance.

• Identify and assess operational risks across business units.
• Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
• Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Maintain and update the Operational Risk Loss Register, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of loss events.
• Manage operational risk incidents, including logging, investigation, root cause analysis, and closure tracking.
• Perform third‑party risk assessments and periodic reviews of outsourced service providers and vendors.
• Evaluate third‑party controls, SLAs, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure proper risk assessment before onboarding new vendors.
• Monitor concentration risk and critical service dependencies.
• Report significant risk issues to senior management and the Board Risk Management Committee.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to mitigate identified risks.
• Prepare periodic operational risk reports for management and governance committees.
• Promote risk awareness and provide training across departments.

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
