Assistant Manager- In Audit

As the Assistant Manager – Income Audit, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting and daily revenue operations. You will support the Finance leadership in maintaining compliance, strengthening internal controls, and driving financial excellence across the hotel.

• Oversee and review the daily income audit process
• Validate revenue reports and reconcile transactions across all outlets
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt policies, internal controls, and audit standards
• Identify discrepancies and work with relevant departments on resolutions
• Support month‑end closing and audit requirements
• Assist the Finance Manager with financial analysis and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of income audit or hotel finance experience
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel systems (Opera, SUN, etc.)
• High accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset
