Overview

The Financial Systems & Budgeting Expert is responsible for managing and developing the organization’s financial and budgeting systems, ensuring their integration with other operational systems. The role includes analyzing financial department requirements, supporting system users, preparing financial reports and analysis, monitoring budgets, and automating financial processes to ensure data accuracy and timely decision-making. The position also contributes to system development and upgrade projects in alignment with the organization’s financial policies and procedures.

• Manage and operate financial and budgeting systems, ensuring integration with other enterprise systems.
• Analyze financial department requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Monitor budget preparation and periodic financial reporting to ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
• Automate financial processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors.
• Develop KPI dashboards and analytical reports to support decision-making.
• Provide technical support and training to financial system users as needed.
• Lead financial system development and upgrade projects in alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with technology vendors to ensure system continuity and technical support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Relevant professional certification in Financial Systems, ERP, or related platforms issued by an accredited authority or vendor.
• Minimum 4 Years of experience.

• Proven experience in ERP systems.
• Extensive experience in budgeting processes and financial systems.
• Hands-on experience with financial management systems such as SAP FI, Oracle Financials, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
• Experience in financial process automation and workflow optimization.
• Experience in financial performance monitoring and KPI tracking.
• Ability to design, customize, and manage dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, and budgeting.
• Technical project management skills related to financial systems.
• Experience in systems integration and ensuring data accuracy across departments.
