Senior Manager- Development Financial Analysis. CDU

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Development Financial Analysis (CDU7) to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial analysis of our development projects, directly contributing to the successful realization of our ambitious vision for entertainment and cultural experiences within Saudi Arabia.

This position involves leading a team of analysts while conducting comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and risk assessment for projects that span various sectors, including sports, entertainment, and arts. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in guiding strategic investment decisions and maximizing returns.

• Manage and perform financial analyses for development projects to inform strategic decision‑making processes.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate the financial viability of proposed initiatives and their long-term impact.
• Lead critical budget planning and forecasting efforts across the organization's portfolio of projects.
• Create and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to summarize project performance outcomes.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance performance.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial objectives with project goals.
• Continuously improve financial analysis processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform Qiddiya's financial planning strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field;
  Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within project finance or real estate development.
• Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting, with the ability to conduct thorough variance analysis.
• Experience in the sports, entertainment, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel functionalities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present financial information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
