Collections Manager

A leading IT Distribution company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Collection Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s collection operations. This role is ideal for a results‑driven finance professional with strong analytical skills, customer management experience, and the ability to lead a high‑performing collections team.

As the Collection Manager, you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end collection activities, improving cash flow, reducing overdue receivables, and ensuring effective follow‑up with customers. You will work closely with the Finance and Sales teams to align collection efforts with business objectives and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Manage the collections team and oversee daily operations
• Develop, implement, and optimize collection strategies and frameworks
• Monitor aging reports and drive reduction of overdue accounts
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Business Units to resolve disputes
• Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities
• Build strong relationships with key customers to support timely payments
• Prepare regular reports on collection performance and customer status
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in collections, preferably within IT distribution or related industries.
• At least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of collection processes, customer credit behavior, and dispute resolution
