• Overseeing the negotiation, drafting, and management of bespoke master agreements within treasury and investment group.
• Providing expert legal and commercial oversight on financial instruments including standard and complex derivatives.

• Develop, negotiate, and finalize bespoke master agreements, such as ISDA Master Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements (GMRA), and other tailored financial contracts while ensuring compliance with initial margin requirements and the implementation of Standard Initial Margin Methodology (SIMM)
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk management, and front-office teams to ensure agreements are comprehensive, compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and aligned with the organization’s financial strategies
• Review and interpret complex financial terms and conditions in agreements to assess their impact on overall treasury operations and risk exposure
• Maintain a centralized repository for all master agreements and bespoke documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance tracking
• Conduct regular reviews of master agreements to ensure they remain current and relevant in light of regulatory changes and evolving market conditions
• Provide support to TIG on the interpretation and application of master agreements and bespoke documents
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding inquiries related to master agreements, negotiations, and compliance matters
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to master agreements, identifying areas for process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CTP, or legal qualifications) preferred
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in treasury management, contract negotiation, or a related field, with a strong focus on master agreements

• In-depth knowledge of financial instruments and their respective market practices, including derivatives, repurchase agreements, and other treasury-related documents
• Proven ability to negotiate complex financial agreements successfully and manage relationships with external counter parties
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and apply legal and financial concepts effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
