Senior Director - Finance Business Partner

This pivotal role will focus on integrating finance with our business operations, ensuring that all financial strategies support our company's ambitious growth objectives.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, serving as a trusted financial advisor
• Provide financial insights, analyses, and recommendations to inform decision-making and enhance operational performance
• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Support cross-functional teams in developing and implementing financial strategies and initiatives
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and performance updates to senior management and the board
• Promote best practices in financial management, reporting, and analysis across the organization

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or CPA designation is preferred
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in finance, with a focus on business partnership or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record in driving business results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams
• Proficient in financial analysis tools and advanced Excel skills
