Through our financial advisory business, Lazard advises clients around the world on strategic and financial matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital structure and capital raising. Our office is based in Riyadh and covers the MENA region.

• Build and run comprehensive financial models and conduct a wide range of financial analyses
• Effectively analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information
• Perform industry research
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials
• Interact with senior bankers and clients
• Help to manage deal processes

• At least 3 years of Investment Banking and/or Corporate M&A/ECM from a Tier 1 bank or financial adviser
• Strong analytical skills with extensive training in the building of presentation materials and financial modelling
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
• Proven academic excellence and high degree of intellectual curiosity
• A team player first mindset; ability to work as part of a close-knit team
• Top performance with comfort operating in a demanding environment which values initiative, creativity, maturity, and engagement
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both to deal teams and external clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
• Regional or UAE experience is required
• Fluency in English is a requirement, fluency in Arabic is a plus
