About the Role

A leading company operating in the Transportation & Logistics Sector is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Kred to lead the financial agenda of the organization and support its next phase of growth.

This role is designed for a strategic yet hands‑on executive who understands complex, asset‑heavy operations and can translate financial data into clear business decisions.

The CFO will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to strengthen financial governance, improve operational profitability, and support long‑term strategic objectives in a fast‑paced and highly competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial performance reporting.
• Drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and operational efficiency across fleet and logistics operations.
• Provide executive‑level financial insights and scenario analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Strengthen financial controls, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, lenders, and key external stakeholders.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing finance team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (CFO / Finance Director / Head of Finance).
• Strong background in Transportation, Logistics, Fleet, or other operation‑intensive industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in operational finance, cost structures, cash management, and financial controls.
• 17+ years of professional experience is required.
