Manager - FAAS - Transaction Accounting & Capital Markets – Riyadh

Join EY as a Manager in the FAAS Transaction Accounting & Capital Markets team based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This high‑profile role supports capital markets clients and engagements across the MENA region, focusing on IPOs, debt issuances and other investment transactions.

Capital Markets provides assurance services to clients developing and executing transformational strategies such as launching an IPO or issuing debt securities in local and international markets. The role involves regulatory and reporting support and advice across all jurisdictions in international capital markets.

• Utilize audit skills and deliver technical accounting support.
• Lead and deliver projects, including transaction management and coaching.
• Collaborate with audit team and client to determine a strategy that adequately addresses risk.
• Understand client needs and expectations and ensure work is delivered timely.
• Adhere to relevant internal EY policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Build your network internationally.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a consulting firm, audit or accounting advisory domain.
• Experience in conducting audits (PCAOB audit experience is a preference).
• CPA/CA/ACCA certification.
• Extensive knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP (added advantage).
• Experience providing services to clients undertaking capital raises.
• Strong management skills to lead teams, delegate, mentor, review performance and counsel employees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice.
