Position: Associate - Income Audit

The Associate - Income Audit at Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue reporting across all operations. This position involves performing audits on daily revenue transactions, maintaining meticulous records, and collaborating with various departments to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. The Associate will contribute to the overall financial accuracy and help uphold the company's standards for compliance and transparency in financial reporting.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience 0-3 years of experience in auditing, financial reporting, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, revenue recognition, and audit principles.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities to identify discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating integrity in all financial dealings.

Languages:
Fluent in English.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily income audits to ensure that revenue transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with accounting policies.

Review and reconcile daily revenue reports from all business units, identifying variances and correcting errors.

Prepare and maintain detailed records of auditing procedures, findings, and recommendations.

Collaborate with finance and operations staff to streamline processes and improve the accuracy of revenue reporting.

Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports, ensuring timely submissions.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence of compliance.

Identify potential areas for improvement in revenue control processes and contribute to the implementation of enhanced auditing practices.

Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to income and revenue handling.

Develop a deep understanding of all revenue-generating operations to identify trends and discrepancies effectively.

Assist in training new associates on income audit procedures and best practices.
