Group Chief Financial Officer

A leading Saudi family‑owned investment group is seeking an experienced Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial strategy, governance, and performance management of a diverse portfolio spanning energy, power solutions, industrial services, contracting, FMCG, logistics and real estate.

This pivotal role requires a finance executive with strong expertise in corporate finance, investment oversight, and family‑business governance.

• Develop and execute group‑wide financial strategies aligned with long‑term business objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and cash‑flow management across multiple subsidiaries.
• Drive investment evaluation, capital structuring, and portfolio performance optimisation.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Manage banking, audit, and external stakeholder relationships.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the family principals and executive leadership.

• 15+ years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally within a family office, holding group, or diversified conglomerate.
• Strong expertise in corporate finance, investment analysis, and financial governance.
• Solid understanding of the dynamics and decision‑making frameworks within family‑owned businesses.
• Educational Requirement:
  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. (Master’s degree or certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred.)
