Chief Financial Officer

A leading, regulated organisation within the financial services ecosystem is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team in Riyadh, KSA.

This is a strategic role reporting directly to the CEO, with full responsibility for finance, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, governance, and financial strategy
. The CFO will play a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting growth initiatives, strengthening controls, and partnering with the Board and Executive Committee.

• Lead the organisation’s financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and long‑term decision‑making
• Oversee financial performance, variance analysis, and corrective actions
• Manage procurement strategy, cost optimisation, and supplier governance
• Ensure strong financial controls, reporting standards, and regulatory compliance
• Partner with executive leadership on investments, capital planning, and risk management
• Drive continuous improvement, financial governance, and best‑practice frameworks
• Lead and develop high‑performing finance and procurement teams
• Ensure alignment with information security, business continuity, and risk requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar (Master’s / MBA preferred)
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA or equivalent
• 13+ years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles
• Strong background within regulated environments
• Advanced English communication skills
