Senior Specialist - Financial Analyst; RES

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Specialist - Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial analyses that will inform strategic business decisions and enhance our operational efficiencies.

The Senior Specialist - Financial Analyst will conduct in-depth evaluations of financial performance, contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, and develop financial models that support investment strategies. Your analytical skills will play a key role in driving the company’s financial objectives and facilitating data-driven decision-making.

• Perform detailed financial analyses to evaluate project performance and inform investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project future revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide support in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in preparing for external audits by providing financial documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relative experience in financial analysis, preferably in large-scale projects or the entertainment, Real Estate sector.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
