Strategy & Consulting - CFO&EV - Enterprise Performance Management Consultant

A finance professional with a background in FP&A or Performance Management and good understanding of the FP&A Processes, who gets excited about solving complex problems and finding new solutions for clients. Digital Finance professionals support clients in developing Finance Organization Strategies, Optimizing the Planning & Forecasting, Close, Consolidation & Reporting processes all by leveraging Performance Management technology capabilities to support our clients’ long‑term growth.

You’ve developed good experience in this field, love big challenges, and are ready for a new one. You are skilled at building trusted relationships within your own organization, with clients, and with ecosystem partners.

• Design processes and application components/objects in one of the EPM technologies (e.g. SAP, ORACLE)
• Analyze and suggest improvements to FP&A processes, map complex processes into logical components
• Assist with conversion and reconciliation of financial data for consolidations
• Design and implement improved management reports and reporting tools, giving clients additional insights into their company’s performance and how they can influence this
• Work independently and act as a team‑lead of younger resources, actively helping the project manager to ensure a high‑quality, on‑time, on‑budget project delivery
• Provide recommendations based on FP&A leading practices
• Enhance and reinvent the FP&A processes with AI and Gen AI

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting. Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a consulting firm aligned to Financial Advisory for clients
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proven experience in:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis (Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting or Management Reporting)
  • Finance and Accounting Processes & Functions (i.e. General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets)
  • Solutions leveraging AI and Gen AI tools and functionalities
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must
• Preferred knowledge of Saudi Public sector
• Flexibility to travel
• Bonus points if you have:
  • Knowledge of technology platforms (e.g. SAP, ORACLE), reporting tools (e.g. Power
    
    BI, Tableau), digital technologies (RPA, AI, ML) and how they can affect the finance operations
  • Worked in at least 1 full implementation of a FP&A solution
  • Experience designing these Fin Tech solutions:
    One Stream, Anaplan, Cognos, Hyperion, OBIEE, Tableau, and Fusion.
