Roles & Responsibilities Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is a powerful financial consolidation and reporting application that enables organizations to streamline their financial processes, ensure compliance, and enhance decision-making.

• Financial Consolidation: HFM resource needs to automate the consolidation of financial data from multiple entities to enable quick and accurate reporting of financial results.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  The resource should report, generate accurate and auditable financial reports, create dashboards, and perform scenario modeling and what-if analysis to gain insights into financial performance.
• Integration: HFM resource should integrate seamlessly with Oracle ERP systems and other third-party data sources, providing a unified view of financial data across the organization.
• Compliance and Security:
  Ensure regulatory compliance while implementing robust security controls and detailed audit trails to maintain data integrity.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
  Troubleshoot and resolve HFM application issues, address performance and consolidation problems, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles and reporting processes.

• Responsible for development, enhancement and support of Hyperion and HPCM components.
• Proactively inform business and application owners of solution design risks and performance issues with constructive solutions.
• Liaise with business super users to understand requirements and prepare technical design documents against requirements during change releases.
• Demonstrate value delivered by quality Essbase/HPCM solution implementation and support.
• Explore other technology areas within Hyperion and progress to support them, including FDM and OBIEE.
• Experience of other Oracle Hyperion Products (Hyperion Financial Management and Financial Data Quality Management - FDM) would be beneficial.

• Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Science.
• Experience of other Oracle Hyperion Products (Hyperion Financial Management and Financial Data Quality Management - FDM) would be beneficial.

Responsible for development, enhancement and support of Hyperion and HPCM components; proactively inform business and application owners of solution design risks and performance issues with constructive solutions; liaising with business super users to understand the requirements and preparing technical design documents against the requirements during change releases; demonstrating value delivered by quality Essbase/HPCM solution implementation and support; pick up on other technology areas within Hyperion and progress to support them, FDM, OBIEE.
