Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (DEL)
Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering the future of entertainment in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking an exceptional leader for the role of Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (MAS5). This strategic position is critical to the financial health of our organization and will play a key role in guiding our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective stakeholder communication
- Drive in-depth variance analysis and performance reporting to provide actionable insights that enhance financial decision-making across the organization
- Establish and maintain advanced financial models, enabling rigorous analysis of investment opportunities and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to ensure financial diligence and encourage financial accountability throughout the organization
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to executive management, articulating complex financial data in a clear and impactful manner
- Mentor and develop financial planning team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to refine financial approaches and ensure competitive advantage
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with progressive leadership responsibilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting practices
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of synthesizing complex financial concepts for a diverse audience
