Senior Accountant – Arabic Speaker - Riyadh, KSA - Big Four experience essential
AED 15,000 – 18,000 per month

Our client is a professional services firm with a global reputation. They are looking for an experienced accountant to join their Riyadh office. Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will oversee all the financial operations in KSA.

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for all finances relating to the firm’s office in Riyadh – including all accounts receivable/collections, accounts payable/disbursements

• Lead on all monthly, quarterly and year-end financial and management reporting

• Monitor and report on project cash-flow and all cash-related activities for the KSA office, including collections

• Budget preparation, monitoring and development

• Present financial information to the KSA Partners

• The development of internal controls, accounting policies and procedures

• ZAKAT payments

Essential Requirements:

• Fluent in both Arabic and English – essential

• Approximately five years’ accounting experience, ideally in a professional services firm such as a law firm, Big4 accountancy practice etc

• Extensive experience of financial and management accounting, cash-flow reporting, ZAKAT payments

• Qualified accountant or post-graduate qualification

• Able to communicate effectively in a business environment, in both English and Arabic
