Finance Manager (Based in KSA)

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager who is currently residing in Saudi Arabia
. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in corporate finance, particularly in securing loans and managing financial operations through banks. A deep understanding of KSAs banking system
, VAT regulations
, and the documentation requirements of the KSA government is essential. Additionally, having a strong network within local banks and financial institutions will be a key asset.

• Oversee and manage the companys financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Collaborate with local banks to secure company loans, manage financing needs, and maintain effective financial liquidity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KSA-based financial institutions and banks to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Prepare and organize all documentation required to secure bank loans, ensuring full compliance with KSA banking regulations

• Ensure VAT compliance
  , including timely preparation and submission of VAT returns in line with KSA VAT laws
  .
• Manage internal audits and coordinate with external auditors, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Handle all necessary documentation for financial reporting and ensure compliance with KSA government requirements.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management for key business decisions.
• Manage cash flow, company investments, and mitigate financial risks.
• Keep updated with KSAs local tax laws and financial reporting standards, ensuring the company is always compliant with changing regulations.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  CFA, ACCA, or CPA certifications are an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, with a focus on corporate finance, banking, and VAT management in Saudi Arabia
  .
• Proven experience in obtaining and managing loans from KSA-based banks
  .
• Strong knowledge of KSA VAT laws
  , tax regulations, and local financial documentation requirements.
• Experience in working with government agencies for audit and compliance purposes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and financial reporting skills.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
