This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for an Event Manager. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing sports and wellness events, maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors, and ensuring seamless event operations. The role includes budget management, logistics coordination, on-ground event supervision, and post-event evaluation. The Event Manager will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to Haraakah’s mission of enhancing corporate culture and employee engagement through events.

• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
• Proven experience in event planning, execution, and post-event evaluation
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of budget planning, vendor coordination, and logistics management
• Ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment in Riyadh
• Passion for sports, corporate wellness, and team-building activities
• Proficiency in using event management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the sports or corporate wellness industry is a plus
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
