In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.

• Venue logistics, vendor coordination and overall event development, collaborating with various departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency and ensure smooth running of events.
• Provide support in planning the operations and service needs necessary for the type of event.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers simultaneously, ensuring clear communication and alignment at all times.
• Search and negotiate with suppliers for the contracting of required services (e.g. transportation, security, catering etc.).
• Manage and coordinate the staff ( العالي and external) that will participate in the execution of each event.
• Manage all event operations (preparing the venue, services, etc.) based on the guidelines and requirements of each case.
• Perform the necessary final checks to ensure that everything“But ready for the start day of the event.
• Create, maintain, and update operational documentation, reports, and event-related materials.
• Resolve with agility any incident during the execution of the event.
• Analyze the outcome/success of the event and propose actions to correct inefficiencies and/or improve future editions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to react calmly under pressure.
• Implement, follow and document processes, plans and Side.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Strong organizational skills with good office and Excel skills.
• Ability to create and maintain a cohesive and positive culture within the team while ensuring that all members know what is expected of them.
• Knowledge of the streamer/Kings League world.
• At least 3 years of experience in event organization and/or operational roles.
• Previous experience in event operations, production, logistics, or a similar role.
• Experience working on live events, broadcasts, or large-scale productions is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Additional languages are a plus.
