Mechanical Inspector

The Mechanical Site Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring that mechanical installations and systems are executed according to the project specifications and standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles. The inspector will be responsible for monitoring the installation process, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and practical experience in the field, enabling them to effectively communicate with contractors and project managers.

• Monitor the installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with mechanical specifications and standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation of findings for project stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering practices.
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Supervise and manage the processes related to the site work preparation, execution, verification, and validation of Contractor’s submissions, site works and effective implementation.

• 3 years of experience in mechanical site field.
• Worked with reputable Consultant Engineering Firms needed.
• Full knowledge of Statutory Authorities requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering field.

• Saudi Council of Engineers (SSE) Membership or any local engineer's society membership, i.e. CRPEP (for Bahrain).
• Supervise site works and effective execution.
• Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
