We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Engineer - MEP to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout project life cycles. You will work collaboratively with design, construction, and project management teams to verify compliance with specifications, building codes, and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of MEP quality assurance.

• Conduct comprehensive inspections and testing of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and applicable building codes
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and checklists for MEP installations and systems
• Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to identify potential quality issues and deviations
• Prepare detailed quality assurance reports, inspection logs, and non-conformance documentation
• Collaborate with MEP contractors, engineers, and project teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Perform material and equipment inspections upon delivery to verify quality standards and specifications
• Coordinate testing activities including pressure tests, electrical continuity tests, and system performance validations
• Monitor and document all quality-related activities to maintain comprehensive project records
• Identify trends and patterns in quality data to recommend process improvements
• Ensure all work meets Saudi building codes, regulations, and international standards
• Communicate findings and recommendations to project stakeholders in a clear and professional manner

• Engineering degree in related.
• Proven 12 of experience as a Quality Engineer or Quality Assurance professional in MEP systems or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their integration
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and quality management systems
• Experience with building codes and standards compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in CAD software and quality management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience with project management and coordination
• Knowledge of testing and inspection procedures for MEP systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

• ISO 9001 or similar quality management certification
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations
• Previous experience in MEP coordination and clash detection
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in construction
