This is a full-time, on-site Design Manager role based in Riyadh. The Design Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of multi-disciplinary design processes for transportation, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets. The role also involves reviewing design outputs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, providing technical guidance, and managing project documentation.
Qualifications- Proficiency in design management, multi-disciplinary coordination, and leading complex infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
- Strong background in project documentation, compliance with industry standards, and monitoring design quality and accuracy.
- Experience in stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and contractors.
- Technical expertise in transportation infrastructure, water, environmental, and energy engineering projects.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- Professional certifications in project management or design-related fields are advantageous.
- Previous experience in similar roles, particularly in the Middle East region, will be considered a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet project deadlines effectively.
