Building Management System; BMS Engineer — Siemens Certified

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (On-site)

We are hiring a Siemens-certified BMS Engineer to deliver end-to-end BMS implementation for construction projects across KSA. You will handle engineering, configuration, testing & commissioning, and handover documentation, ensuring reliable system performance and client satisfaction.

• Implement Siemens BMS solutions on site: installation supervision, system engineering, configuration, and commissioning.
• Develop and/or review:
  Points lists, I/O schedules, network architecture, graphics, and sequences of operation.
• Integration requirements with HVAC equipment and third-party systems.
• Configure and test:
  Controllers, supervisory stations, trends, alarms, schedules, reports, and user access.
• Execute Testing & Commissioning:
  Pre-commissioning checks, functional testing, cause & effect (where applicable), integrated testing, punch-list closure.
• Coordinate with project teams:
  Contractors, MEP teams, consultants, and client representatives.
• Deliver handover:
  As-built drawings, backups, O&M manuals, test reports, training sessions, and final acceptance.

• Siemens certification/strong hands-on experience in BMS implementation & commissioning.
• 5+ years experience in construction projects (commercial /residential /hospitality /industrial).
• Strong understanding of BMS fundamentals (controls, sensors/actuators, alarming, trending, scheduling).
• Good documentation discipline and ability to manage commissioning reports and handover packages.
• Strong communication and site coordination skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in KSA and travel as required by project needs.
• Experience with integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.) and third-party equipment integration.
• Experience working with consultants and strict project documentation requirements.
